Welcome to www.comfeairpad.com (the "Site"), operated by Comfe AirPad® ("Comfe AirPad®", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Comfe AirPad® makes portable air pads with a built-in pump and a built-in adjustable pillow for travel, camping, guests, emergency preparedness and disaster relief. We are based in Jamaica, NY, United States.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or overload it;

• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or other users' accounts;

• submit false information, spam or harmful content through our forms;

• copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, including sizes, materials and features. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur between production batches. Product images are for illustration. If a product is not as described, please contact us (see section 20).

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices, product availability and promotions may change at any time without notice.

• Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.

• Payment is due when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.

• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

• Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• We ship to the United States, the Caribbean, and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

• For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

7. Returns and refunds

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

• To start a return, contact us at sales@comfetravelbrand.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect the return, you can choose a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Refunds are issued within a reasonable time after approval.

8. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace or refund the item.

9. Product use and safety

• Use the Comfe AirPad® as described in the product instructions (Setup & Inflation, Care & Cleaning).

• Keep the air pad away from sharp objects, open flames and high heat.

• Do not over-inflate or use the air pad as a flotation device or life-saving equipment.

• Children should use the Comfe AirPad® Youth under adult supervision. The air pad is not designed for infants.

• The Comfe AirPad® is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

• Charge the built-in pump only with suitable charging equipment.

10. Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk orders for organizations are quoted individually based on quantity, destination and timeline. Pricing, delivery terms and payment terms for bulk orders are confirmed in writing in the quote or a separate agreement, which takes priority over these Terms where they differ. 11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Comfe AirPad® name and logo, text, photos, videos and designs, belongs to Comfe AirPad® or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

12. Reviews, comments and submissions

If you send us reviews, testimonials, photos or other content, you confirm that it is your own and accurate, and you give us permission to use it in connection with our business, including on the Site and social media. We may remove content at our discretion.

13. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and social media pages. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, except as stated in these Terms or required by law.

 

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfe AirPad® will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Comfe AirPad® harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or our products, or your breach of these Terms.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the State of New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
