This Privacy Policy explains how Comfe AirPad® ("Comfe AirPad®", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit www.comfeairpad.com (the "Site"), buy our products, sign up for our emails, or contact us.

  • Orders: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the products you buy.

  • Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number and message. On our Bulk Order Inquiry form, also your organization name, job title, country or state, estimated quantity, intended use and preferred timeline.

  • Email sign-up: your email address and your consent to receive emails from us.

  • "How did you hear about us?": the answer you choose on our forms.

  • Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our website platform and service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

Payment information

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

  • Analytics and advertising tools: if we use services such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or the Meta Pixel to understand Site usage and measure our ads.

  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Youth air pad is purchased by adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

The Site may link to other websites and social media pages (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
